I learned to love my body by spending extended periods of time naked in front of a mirror. But only can you learn to appreciate your body but you also get used to being naked. I then went on to photographing myself naked and making great images for me to appreciate myself

I can look at images of people enjoying naturism and I feel literally nothing sexual about it. I see the naked body, something beautiful and pure, I feel happy seeing people enjoy their lives, bodies in full confidence; what I don't feel is 'turned on'.
