After Butler’s conviction and sentencing, the D.A. & judge granted him “youthful offender status.”

Now his punishment is no jail, no social media, 150 hours of community service, 1 year probation, & no sex offender registry.

You can’t even find his mug shot.

This is America.

This is Jesse Mack Butler from Oklahoma. Butler r*ped two teen girls over a period of 9 months, nearly killed them by strangulation, which was recorded on video. Butler was convicted of 11 counts of r*pe and sexual assault and was sentenced to 78 years in prison.

But he will serve 0 jail time
