And here’s Pear Crisp with a Twist. looking at the ingredients, I expected this one to be way harder, but it wasn’t. note the very useful instructions on Pear Chunk Size, which turned out very well for me & I intend to use in future.

Here’s the recipe for “Perfecting Pear Crisp”, as well as Keith’s notes about steps he takes to reduce the issues I grappled with. I don’t doubt that his recipe is an improvement on some of this!
