I don’t know about you… but the coolers of eggs in my local stores are not low on quantity. The hiked up price is probably going to lead to waste because people won’t pay for them. I will, begrudgingly. Because I do in fact refuse to make the slightest adjustment to my usual grocery routine.

I just bought 18 eggs for our fam of 4… that’s 5 sandwiches for my hubs, 5 sets of sunnyside up for my 5yo, a batch of waffles for my 10 yo, and a batch of meatballs.
If I don’t eat any of them & we don’t make anything else this week that has egg in it & we eat a dif b-fast the other days.
