Plateaus definitely happen. I’m sorry that’s where you’re finding yourself, because it really does a number on motivation and self-image. But there are a lot of people who think you’re doing great. So maybe you’re outnumbered. 😏 🫂

For what it’s worth, and you probably already know, replacing any excess fat with muscle is going to keep the scales from moving. But it certainly doesn’t mean it’s a waste. I think you’re doing great things for your body, and I’d hate that to be what sidelines you.

I had left a window open earlier, and it smelled like smoke. Could’ve been coincidental, I suppose, but a lot of cities in KS, OK, and western MO had awful air quality values, when I looked about an hour ago. I was thinking fires from the low humidity and high winds?

Air quality is horrible here in the central plains, today. If it isn’t pollen, it’s smoke keeping me from just being able to have the windows open. 😩
