Eli makes her appearance in a short story where she winds up in the shores of Beanstalk Bay. There she is rescued by Aiden and becomes temporarily rehomed in a boarding school for mythical beings. While she tolerates her new life to a degree, she longs to return to her underwater kingdom someday.
