Star Trek, DC Comics, Tolkien and Pratchett universes (all sci-fi+fantasy) are my thing… I was there painting D&D die-cast miniatures when it was born. 🖖🚀🧙‍♂️🦸🏻‍♂️

Sadly, politics now too... and I mean SADLY!
Who remembers the great action figure of Steve Austin back in the day?

Sounds like you remember this 🤣. It used to have me in a trance as a kid. Quite eerie! 👀

One of many lies, others more hard hitting and hence the societal issues we are suffering in this country today!

Like this one (just one example)...

RIP Jane Goodall ❤️

You were and always will be one of the best of us and our species. But yet you trailblazed beyond that because you cared and felt you needed to teach the rest of us.

You will NEVER be forgotten!

I know it's going off topic slightly and I apologise 🤣. But I remember my mum being crazy for two telenovelas, Pasión de Gavilanes (my teenage girl cousins in Spain were crazy for that one 😏) and Corazón Salvaje. I remember both were absolutely HUGE in Spain at the time. Caused quite a storm!

Another film that has had me eternally enchanted where great cinema and gazes (as you said) are in question, is Jean-Luc Godard’s ‘Breathless’ (1960) with Jean-Paul Belmondo and Jean Seberg. It’s almost perfect in every way!

I love the Pink Panther movies! 😃

This is next one of my favourites with Claudia Cardinale...

Girl with a Suitcase (La Ragazza con la Valigia) - 1962

"Think back to your childhood. Do you remember when the anxiety started?"

(the days leading up to this on the 26th of May 1989, kick-off time 20:05, Anfield)

Meanwhile our UK Prime Minister posts this Trump arse kissing social media post. Pathetic and embarrassing!

Assassination isn't the solution to anything... it's a fuel for escalation of violence and the tit-for-tat syndrome. The rule of law should ALWAYS reign supreme NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE or your class status!

But the ULTIMATE "godfather" of movie scores for me is this gentleman (John Williams, Jerry Goldsmith, Howard Shore, James Horn and Hans Zimmer permitting)

I've been saying this for MONTHS that Keir Starmer is a soulless pragmatic coward!

For months!

Then I'd get responding comments saying it's not true blah blah blah...

Make sure your belt is on tight when you bend over to pick up a rapist dictator's papers you sorry man!

THE 🇬🇧 PRIME MINISTER!

Indeed, a master cartographer. Trump was silly to take him on in the first place.

Particularly considering this is the map Trump had been working on for months.

Fame (1982)… tv show back in the Reagan era. Considering President Reagan changed the US in a very negative way forever, here we have a moment regarding immigration from asylum seekers.

A great scene indicative of a different time in human history.

What perfect album came out in the year you turned 16? Thought this was close to perfect. Still do...

Giant Haystacks was another legend!

The US version (WWF) and the advent of Sky TV on satellite destroyed such a unique thing we had here. It was genuinely family orientated for the time.

Do you remember Catweazle... He would tickle people's bottom after defeating them! 🤣🤣🤣

Same with my brother... We used to attempt all the moves and then go crying to mum when it went wrong (always) 🤣

Mick McManus who hated his ears being rubbed by his opponent. hahahaha
