i just learned that if you buy katakros, nagash, and the new ossiarch bonereaper spearhead you have a 2000 point list. its still not as cheap as stormcast currently with dominion and skaventide but it is the fewest boxes for a full army that i know of. it also might be bad but that's irrelevant

If i get the new blades of khorne one that's a lot of flesh hounds for my budding daemon/chaos 40k armies, or if i get slaves to darkness i can probably proxy them as space marine legionaries so theres some synergistic options out there. then its between mortisan elite or slasher host for death
