Even growing up in Alberta, I referred to it as Hydro ... though I had also lived in BC - maybe I was the only one in AB calling it Hydro 😂

Also ebikes are still exercise ... you might even get more if it means you bike more than drive.

What's left to do? Honestly, this makes it possible to bike to Caddy Bay at all. No way would I have wanted to go either up or down that hill w/o a separate lane. And now with the Evo bikes, I might actually go down there more.

Although I'm not in Vic, that was my assumption as well. And if we want things like pools and rec centres and parks and safer active transportation options (and well maintained roads) and all those other things that make our community a great community, we need to fund that.

So disappointing. We could be using this period of nation building and economic diversification to lean into the future. Instead we're clinging to the past ... and harming the future in the process.

I love to see the process - and the end result is great!
