the creeping realization that people above my pay grade don’t really know how to do anything

participated in a big sales pitch this year (I wrote and presented the sample). sales team put together a PowerPoint deck with AI. it was garbage, too long, airy, meaningless. had to be completely redone by the team, who should’ve just been trusted to make it from scratch.
