That is a very smart question. I like leaving it up for interpretation. In my games I would definitely say yes. I think the mental image of an operator with two or more earrings, and who is coordinating multiple groups of people is very funny.

Eldritch Soul - the Monk subclass that absorbs the strength of their vanquished foes!
This is the Monk version, third and last in the series. Monks also lack a fifth subclass feature but I have tweaked the powers to get other advantages.

This is the Barbarian version. It lacks the fifth subclass feature but it makes it up in rage synergy.
