I've been investigating a weird unit conversion when exporting a SVG from an SWF, and one of my attempts to fix it accidentally went in the wrong direction.

I've been investigating a weird unit conversion when exporting a SVG from an SWF, and one of my attempts to fix it accidentally went in the wrong direction.
Redid the calculations by actually reading the metric values from the font files, and also doing cap-height while I'm at it. Results are very similar, with the updated weighted mean for x-height being 0.524, and cap-height being 0.711.

girlfriend made a remark about how many cards TLA already previewed, so i accidentally nerd-sniped myself. my excitement to work on this has worn off, the graph is still very crowded, but i'm happy that it does show TLA as an outlier! #mtg

With font-size-adjust now being in Baseline, I nerd-sniped myself into finding a "good" generic value for it's ex-height. So after scraping fonts.google.com/analytics and doing some basic data-analysis, I arrived at a weighted (by total downloads) mean of 0.525! #css
