The kallmekris Grammarly ad is disappointing, yes, but BookTok is the low hanging fruit for a lot of people. The "LOL h0rny women = comedy" fruit in particular is so low, it's practically in hell. And yet people reach for it, again and again.

For the last year or so I’ve been in my Royal Ridge era. Can’t wait to continue it with the third installment in THE SECRETS WE KEEP 💛

Writing the book isn’t the hard part.

It’s trying to lip sync to a random audio for a promotional/marketing video that either will pop off or flop and you can’t tell which yet 😂

Do you ever think about how many skills you acquire as an indie author? Writing/editing aside, we also:
- format our books, which requires proficiency with that software
- build websites & newsletters
- manage social media
- dabble in graphic design
- network with other authors
And so much more!
