The only one spinning 2 traitors could be left was when charlotte was under fire - by the last one they only suspected there could possibly be 1 more and they weren’t sure who. At least that was my interpretation

I dont think they thought all 4 were traitors they think 2/4 are traitors but once it gets to the stage of the banishments aren’t revealing if you’re traitor or faithful its safer to vote out everyone you suspect knowing that there will be 2 of them faithful

I think they just suspected at least one of them so it’s safe to vote everyone out because they won’t be revealed
