Several years ago I suggested making a form letter my office regularly used bilingual so Spanish speakers could understand it. Currently I have donated to ACLU and contacted my representatives about issues concerning me.

My understanding of the notice was an additional charge for established clients needing documentation for various things. Thank you for explaining and thank you for supporting the transgender community!

Is pro bono just for the service or writing the letter? I ask because an office I go to posted a notice stating that going forward they would be charging for documentation for FMLA, ESA, court documentation, etc. just wondering if charging for needed document is becoming a common practice.

Yes, many of them are! You have the option to pay for a certificate if you want to, but that is optional. You also aren’t tied to the deadlines. I fell off the wagon with a course in 2021 and still had access to the material when I signed up for other courses.

Taking action in ways that I can. Taking my medication (and being ok with using the as needed ones). Showing up and building in person community. Cultivating cute cats and animals on my timelines and feeds. Taking breathing and stretch breaks.
