my phone cause it doesnt have unlimited talk and texting. im thinking no social media except maybe here to do updates on my computer for all of june and no smart phone usage - limited ipad/laptop usage (i need discord and messenger) for all of june. lets see how long i last. (2/2)

I’m at 5 days of taking my adhd meds and my new med, 1 day of taking all of them and 2 days of adding protein to my diet.
Maybe by the time I turn 34 I might somehow be financially/mentally/physically healthier.
