When NIL got approved it was just before the US Olympic trials in gymnastics. Simone was the only pro competing, everyone else was hanging on to their amateur status so that they could get scholarships. Now gymnasts like Jade & Jordan can move between elite & NCAA while earning money. Fantastic!
