There are jurisdictions abroad that have universal authority for crimes against humanity. A Venezuelan or a Cecot prisoner pressing charges on these grounds in Belgium eg could turn the whole of Europe in a no go zone for members of the US administration and military who infringed human rights.

The deep state got itself elected by putting forward it’s own existence and the necessity to end it’s perverted influence. This is proof of it’s genious and of the bottomless stupidity of the US electorate. This is the bitter harvest in a nation lacking a sound educational system for all.

In a metamodern world where a small elite plans to be served by AI and robotics, common people no longer matter because they have become redundant both practically as politically. On the contrary they use up scarce ressources. The logic is to simply let them die of hunger and disease.

Op een zondagavond laat zat ik op een vliegtuig dat terugvloog uit vakantie op Gran Canaria. Ik was op mijn laptop het werk van maandag al aan het voorbereiden. Een koppel lagere-school- leerkrachten achter mij was hun ‘ziekte op maandag’ aan het ‘appen’ naar hun directeur……

Nobody can trust Trump, not even Trump himself. He probably does not even remember what he promised yesterday. The only thing he remembers is that Putin has a pile of proof on him, proof regarding treason against the US, worthy of capital punishment under US law.

The US should understand that if they are today led by a dementing narcissistic sociopath, this person came to that position after a whole life, passing one societal barrier after the other. At no point in time US culture impeded or stopped his career. Trump is merely the symptom of the US disease.

The current administration has been bought or is being blackmailed by the Russians to the extent that the US is loosing it’s last speck of credibiltity as a geostrategic powerhouse. US prospects are bleak for the real upcoming confrontation, the big one with China.

1.Belgium taxes the profits euroclear makes. It needs it as it is technically broke already 2. Belgium has no defense against hybrid, terror or conventional attacks. It has no army or intelligence capability worth mentionning 3. Belgium could in no way compensate if taken to court succesfully.
