Ah, never heard them called that but makes sense. When I was in Stamford for Furpoc there was a cluster of them in an industrial area by the docks which kept popping up in my food searches, so that tracks.

That being said, there totally needs to be a delivery-exclusive breakfast restaurant called "Eggs Uber Easy" :V

I've noticed a lot of new restaurants popping up in more urban areas with presumably ample demand for takeout delivery, who seem to operate exclusively via the rideshare-but-food model, so I'm curious if that actually makes their prices any cheaper.
