So sorry for your loss Paul. I've read your piece on the blog and although it must have been very difficult to write, I have no doubt it's touched all (including me) who have read it and we all can relate in some form to those words. My thoughts are with you and your family ♥️

As a welfare rights officer I can confirm the process is much better. Not perfect but much better. If there are no changes then you simply complete a small tick box declaration, sign and return. A form is only needed if there are changes, and payments continue until a decision is made 😃
