Successfully traveled 50 miles via @metrolosangeles.bsky.social and bike today. Got to see new parts of the SGV. 1.5 hrs there (rare train diversion) and 1 hr home.

Starting my return trip to South Pasadena. The view from the new elevated segment is a bit industrial, but the San Gabriel mountains are always beautiful.

After a seven min bike ride on a painted bike lane, I get to fly by the parking traffic line and pull up to the entrance! Simple bike rack, but great location. It says "motorcycles only" for some reason. I'll chance it.

This station opening one week ago, so this trip was not reasonable until now. Consider me a bit of highway traffic was never was.

Made it to the shiny new San Dimas station. People chatting, live music going. Pretty busy for a Sunday morning.
