Just intentionally finding my way through to the other side of these recent political disappointments one silver lining at a time. Also, I won’t reply to DM’s.
That would be a bad ass super power and now I want it.

She’s still Marge. But. But, at least she’s helping to fracture the party and I’m totally here for that.
November 15, 2025 at 11:15 PM
Same girl. I can totally relate.

Love the Holler!
November 15, 2025 at 10:59 PM
It pains me to agree with anything she says, but damn! And if she further fractures the party? I’m here for it.
November 15, 2025 at 10:53 PM
Powerful visual.
November 15, 2025 at 10:49 PM
Not to mention there’s no immunity from their own conscience.
November 14, 2025 at 11:12 PM
Same.
November 14, 2025 at 10:59 PM
Gosh. Wasn’t it just in July that Pam told us there was nothing left to investigate?
November 14, 2025 at 10:53 PM
I’m just taking a guess here, but maybe the deportation of so many immigrants that help build housing isn’t going to help lower the prices. Thoughts on that JD?
November 14, 2025 at 10:52 PM
The kicker is that his party has been in charge in Texas for 30 years. So all these “problems “ he’s “fixing” were breathed by the republicans of the state. It’s unreal. And yes, sadly, I live here.
November 14, 2025 at 10:50 PM
Haha! Right? How are they going to dodge the inevitable questions about how they’re lowering prices without admitting they were the ones that raised them? Should be entertaining.
November 14, 2025 at 10:46 PM
Came here to say this. They just need to manage to hang on till they’re 109, without health insurance, and they’ll be golden.
November 13, 2025 at 10:50 PM
The difference between an 8 year old and 15 year old is 7 years. That’s the only difference. They’re still both minors. FFS.
November 13, 2025 at 10:37 PM
If anything, housing is more expensive because there are fewer immigrants building them. Not buying them. FFS.
November 13, 2025 at 10:34 PM
Because they ARE illegal.
November 11, 2025 at 11:16 PM
Doesn’t seems like the democrats got much, if anything, out of this “deal”.
November 11, 2025 at 10:58 PM
No, they gave up for nothing.
November 10, 2025 at 4:20 PM
And if they do vote, they’ll vote no. But even if the voted yes, ACA Enrollment ends 12/15 so how could we expect relief for 2026 either way? We can’t. It’s over and we caved and I’m livid.
November 10, 2025 at 4:19 PM
Now they’re talking about the $2000 going to folks in a number of ways, including as part of the tax savings people are supposedly going to receive as part of the big, ugly bill. In other words, no actual money at all. As if $2000 would help anyway.
November 10, 2025 at 4:14 PM
Exactly. The dems got nothing from this. And let’s pretend the republicans keep their promise and vote on the ACA extension. Chances are it won’t pass but even if it did, the vote will be after sign up for 2026 ACA closes. We got nothing.
November 10, 2025 at 3:29 AM
It’s a cave. Full stop.
November 10, 2025 at 3:26 AM
I’m furious, devastated, disheartened and absolutely gutted.
November 10, 2025 at 3:25 AM
I’m disgusted.
