you know I’m all about color, so making something plain makes me feel strange. When I returned to Jingdezhen this May I was struck by the natural beauty of the porcelain. This is also seriously the best clear. What do you think?

I made some “normal” shaped mugs this year. If any of you know what I usually make, my forms are typically wavy and asymmetrical. It’s fun to see how the smooth straight canvas affects how I decorate these.
