Yeah, tbh this seems pretty common sense as a way to ban the most heinous uses but not make a serious (and frankly extremely unlikely to succeed) effort to crack down on all ai image generation

It looks like it’s set up explicitly to target like impersonation-framing (and porn) based stuff, leaving use of ai for parody and humor clearly legal.
