Saw that Schefter is saying he believes this Bills search will be done by Wednesday. That means they probably aren’t talking to Kubiak. It probably comes down to Webb/Udenski. I don’t think Daboll is in play anymore.

In the case that Kubiak is leaving Seattle and it comes down to the Bills and the Raiders and who blinks first. I think Terry and Beane do and they role the dice with Udenski.

Kubiak is an absolute dream at HC but the more I stew on it the more it becomes likely he stays in Seattle. His stock is so HIGH right now. After bouncing around for the last five years maybe a pay raise and staying in Seattle is the way he wants to go.

Bills are currently interviewing Webb via Zoom. With Udenski pulling out of the search in Cleveland, I wouldn’t be surprised to start seeing the Bills line up second round of interviews starting mid week.

The Bills aren’t going to wait for Kubiak. I think it comes down to Daboll/Webb/Udenski. Probably in that order. Webb probably is very intriguing for the Bills.

Idk man how do you get excited for Davis Webb as your HC? Because he’s friends with Josh? Because Mitch Morse said he’d be a good coach one day? Idk I have a feeling we will be back in the coaching search in 2-3 years. Probably be searching for a GM as well. Josh will be what 32? Disgusting.
