one of my favorite traditions might have just come to a close. kids grow up so fast. me and @bondcliff.bsky.social and our adopted daughter, who we just dropped off at her last year of college ❤️

home recovering from a broken rib, and fuzzy from the pain meds. made myself a little reminder cheat sheet of important things. i now realize these are probably just good reminders for every day life.

since i’m over 50, it’s colonoscopy time! convinced my doctor to let me use cologuard instead of going the traditional route. i was not expecting cologuard itself to be so JUDGEY.
