Obesity and HF . Vicky Ruzalla giving a very informative talk. GLP-1a science goes back 1906 first inj 2005! More than weight loss ⬇️ inflammation, fibrosis , lipids, Visceral fat , BP ⬆️ exercise tolerance , QOL . But should people stay on for life ? #freedomfromfailure #mdt25

An early wish for a happy and healthy 2025. Life is too short to dwell on the past. The NY is a symbolic time to let go of past and be happy and grateful for the good in our lives. Thank you to my fantastic friends and family who have been my strength and fed my soul and kept me going in 2024. ❤️
