Hats off to the artists at the Kennedy Center and all american(small a) artists who will make their feelings known in the days to come. The emperor is naked and will be painted as such for all to laugh at. Get busy out there!

There will never be a better way to judge the success of a civilization than through the way it treats it's artists. You cannot own the artists, you cannot rule the artists and above all, you cannot dictate what the artist will create.

Arttists exist as a spectrum of society which encompasses the wealthy and the peasant, the elite and the working class and is a refection of the times in which they create. Art will flourish in the darkness, it feeds the true artists soul.

We will need to do everything and more but the most important thing is to be in their face Relentlessly. Do not allow a single trump voter to have any peace. Call them out in the streets, at work, at school. Need not be loud or vulgar. Just need to let them know we hold them accountable.
