Completely! I lost around 90% of my following when I switched to being primarily original art. And it hurt, but that’s part of the cost of people following you for a fandom.

Which it’s hard to explain that I do still make landscapes, it’s just the others take less time so people will see more of them because I can fit them in smaller free time. Without it sounding like I’m agreeing that they’re not “real art” and defending myself.
