In a more normal room, putting these in the corners really complements the central point light by adding fill.

On the topic of lighting quality, I've rectified poor room light with high-CRI 2700K light strips that are neither like task lighting nor central point lights. To prevent over-lighting I use Waveform Lighting's 48kHz dimmers, rarely at full brightness and sometimes as dim as a nightlight.

Not enough to engage, alas. I feel like I'd need to read the novels to be at that investment level.

On the current motherboard, all the gpio pins have 2k pullup resistors and I'm not sure that's okay for gcc comms (it might be).

Otherwise you could drill holes in the left wing for a gcc mount and wire up power from some pads on the motherboard and the JST to a gcc port left dangling somewhere.

VBox is the most portable, ergonomic, modular, repairable digital controller for Smash on the market.

It folds to the size of a Wii and features Omron D2LS mouse switches for every button, resulting in incredible responsiveness that fits your hands and your bag.

I don't trust them, personally. To lighten the pads on my main controller I left them squished by a stack of books for two weeks.

If you want to be a power user, you need to learn things. The terminal isn't scary if you just read the actual errors and search them.

Plugins *are* a nasty edge case on Linux though, if they're not already packaged, since plugin folder locations will change from distribution to distribution.

Usually this just has to do with whatever laptop you put Linux on. Any random laptop will not have a good Linux experience. @frame.work or @system76.bsky.social are good.
