The current delay is because TII’s original application in 2022 was incomplete, over 400 documents dropped on the first day of oral hearing ,further documents requested by inspectors during hearings . TII are responsible for the delay and they are the very ones tasked with delivering the project .

Christmas changes as the years go on . I know a neighbour doing exactly the same as you but I think she will have lots of us calling in for a little drink throughout the day !

It is absolutely the nicest place for a quiet coffee during the week . Cute also on Saturdays when grandparents bring the grandchildren to get a book downstairs and then a hot chocolate upstairs. I did a terrarium class there -everything supplied and the terrarium is still going strong .
