Good luck - my wife has spent 12 years controlling her bipolar with various drugs and she's been fine for the last 4 or so. Her hypomania is terrifying to behold but her depressive bouts were more common.
(And yeah, rule number one when we hit Hypomania Defcon 1 was phone confiscation)
