Actually, you are right. I was ALSO trying to convince someone that the number of people receiving aid (Medicaid/food stamps etc) who shouldn’t, is minuscule vs the number of people who receive it legitimately and thereby do better in life & that is when I had trouble finding clear info. I’m tired.

Where can I find the backup for this? I believe this to be true and have tried to convince a non-believer, but I couldn’t find anything to reference other than remembering I’ve heard it and believe it.
