Can we please stop obscuring what is really happening under the cover of "diversity," or "DEI"? This is the hostile erasure of anyone who is not a cishet, able-bodied, white man. Call it what it is. "Diversity" is an idea. Black and women veterans are people. This is violence. Not an abstraction.
