I saw Renée Fleming perform tonight. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I’m so glad I was able to have. It’s been too long since I’ve cried at a performance for good reasons. I forgot how beautiful things could be among all of the shit going on in this world. Find the joy.

I’m a survivalist, and with all the garbage going on in the world we need to be a bit more self-sufficient. I started a little late but my babies are growing. 5 trays of starts and the Ball jars are being stocked. Here’s to the city girl homesteading. 🪴
