I love to rug hook, walk our rescue dogs, play bridge(not very good) volunteer at Magdalene Omaha and spend time with my family and friends. I think John MaCain was a hero!
So funny, I found this pattern at a rug hooking sale for $10 on burlap, I plan to start this pattern then end of the month with Anita White.

You can sort of see the original birds in this one I had this rug for a long time. I inherited it from my good friend who taught me to hook. I kept getting hung up on the birds(sorry Bea, but I just didn’t like them) so I free handed them and made them blue birds, in memory of my friend.

Finished my new favorite rug.
(Blue)Birds and Berries by Bea Brock. The colors of peachy/pink and blue were inspired by an Edith O’Neil rug I was able to envision this rug and it came together like I hoped.
