In a UNFCCC submission Colombia, Kenya detailed how to get to a #climate finance “Baku to Belem roadmap”. Finance a major Cop 30 focus with the two countries concluding that having a deal on roadmap to reach $1.3 trillion would allow nations to say they can strengthen insufficient climate plans.
