Sounds like pre-migraine. I get this. Sometimes flashing corona with a blind spot in the middle. Mine is mild - my father and grandfather had it worse.

So I'm thinking of switching to soil, one vertical pocket at a time. This time of year, going into Australian summer, with the balcony mostly in shade, I'll plant shade-tolerant veggies and herbs. Parsley, coriander, lettuce, mint. Maybe some very tiny alpine strawberry seedlings.

It's called polarisation and not listening to the tiny grain of sense in your opponent's otherwise disgusting views, and that is partly how we got into this mess. Also: is it all right to laugh at the excellent Newsom press releases even if you disagree with his views overall?

At least the damages were not astronomical. Brittany should be able to pay them and get on with her life if that's what she wants. But that woman has put a target (metaphorically speaking) on her own back for the rest of her life.
