I am analyzing data from the Colombian Attorney General's Office, and it is astonishing that women continue to be prosecuted for the 'crime of abortion' (Art. 122 P.C.) despite its decriminalization up to the 24th week in 2022. 25.6% of those prosecuted are minors under 18.
