Can vegetarians eat grass fed beef?
As a driver who shares the road, I do believe motorized bicycles and skooters NEED TO BE LICENSED AND INSURED. Helmets NEED TO BE INFORCED! When my 35 year old son was "ticketed" for not wearing a helmet at 16...he had to attend a 3 day course on road safety to pay the ticket..wtf happened to that?
