Paid off parent plus loan at the beginning of Feb. There is an overpayment balance due back to me, called MOHELA and spent 1.5 hours on hold to ask when I will be refunded the balance. They said 90 business days. 90 days, I said? No ma’am, 90 BUSINESS days, so about 4-5 months. 😳 #thankselon
