Following my intuition, even when it doesn’t make sense.

“Can I take the time on Friday to go to the exhibit?”

I trusted that that divine nudge I was getting to go.

The exhibit was sensational!

I love when I follow my intuition as it makes life so easy! 

Early in my spiritual journey, my mom struggled to understand my transformation.

A breakthrough was when we discussed how she was going to show up to me after she passed. “Can I be a red cardinal?” I told her she could be anything she wants in spirit (and in life)!

Pansy in the snow. Nature proves to us that determination and resilience wins. I believe that kindness and acceptance will also win.

Peace on Earth. Love, acceptance, kindness, family. This is what Christmas means to me.

There are many way to be visible. There is being authentic and showing up. Asking for help and being vulnerable. Being a leader and building community.
