Sooooo….about that air conditioning. Isn’t it time to include it as an essential service for Maryland rental properties? Or is it okay to let people die year after year until we hit an “unacceptable” number during an election year?

I think this is scammy as hell. No comparison from BGE between my electricity use this week or last, on a comparison to gas usage…which was apparently none, despite using my stove and oven several times.
