Let’s be clear. Ukraine didn’t start this war any more than Poland started WWII.

So many similar stories coming out. The impact to the employees is bad enough. The impact to the communities they serve is criminal. These aren’t “paper-pushing bureaucrats.” They are people on the front lines supporting rural communities who have been devastated by natural disasters.
