I'm off to Fabric Spark for a sewing lesson! Making a burrito style pillowcase. I have so many sewing projects that I'd love to learn to make, starting simple. Walking to and from the Danforth for some fresh air.

November is Fall Prevention Month. I'll be posting tips all month.
First up: feet! Mobile, strong feet are less likely to stumble over unexpected obstacles. Feet that have been in stiff support shoes all your life need the help of someone like me to restore function with exercise and special care.

Today would have been her 100th birthday. Mom was a walker before it was cool. She never “exercised” a day in her life - if she swam, she swam for the love of it, if she walked, it was because she loved to explore on foot. My inspiration ❤️
