Winnie is only ten months old, and has that crazy puppy energy and infinite curiosity that makes her both a pain in the ass and also the best thing ever. Statues are a scary mystery and anything not glued down is fair game to be eaten.

Seven-year-old Cooper loves a late night long walk. I thought I was stopping by for a potty break, but we ended up going on a treat crawl through the neighborhood. Plenty of homes in Capitol Hill have self-serve treat boxes, similar to Little Free Libraries but for dogs.

Seven-year-old Cooper loves a late night long walk. I thought I was stopping by for a potty break, but we ended up going on a treat crawl through the neighborhood. Plenty of homes in Capitol Hill have self-serve treat boxes, similar to Little Free Libraries but for dogs.

I usually travel over the holidays, but I didn’t feel up to it this season. So it was nice to be able to give some families peace of mind when they needed help.
Gorgeous Cashew is a 13-year-old Whippet mix. She is in fantastic shape but has a lot of anxiety with new people.

Shoutout to Kaiser’s parents, who made me feel welcome and cared for during a quiet time. His mom left me homemade meals and treats to make sure I was nourished. Very Italian mom, and it warmed my heart.
