The crossing guards near my sons’ old schools are ignored by multiple cars every single day. It’s always amazing to behold how dangerous it is to cross the road even when it’s your job to keep everyone safe.

Waymo robots sometimes loiter. They also use bus stops for pickup & drop off contributing to several crashes as buses try to get around them.
Generally, robots struggle w large vehicles and seem not to understand them. Recent Waymo-bus crashes are discussed in this thread.

Waymo appears to have an uncrewed robot crashing w bus problem:
11 crashes in last 3 months of NHTSA reporting, 6/16 - 9/15
9 w passengers, 7 of which had PAX not belted
8 in SF, 3 in LA
8 robots towed
All w robot at 0 mph
Maybe regulators, journalists, transit/robotics experts should investigate.
