Letter to DQ Bowen from John Imbrie. Second paragraph reads “your treatment of Hays et Al, appropriately brief, is cautious but fair. By your next edition, there will be sufficient evidence to convince all but the celibate monks of Tibet, and perhaps the odd fellow in Oxford. Watch for a paper in science by Komintz and Pisias.
