Went to a seminar by @10xgenomics.bsky.social on spatial transcriptomics. Really impressive resolution and capacity. It’s amazing how this field has grown. Now just have to figure out if I can afford it…!

This looks really cool!

@nmblabunl.bsky.social your banner is one of the prettiest immunos I’ve seen!

I am absolutely floored by the quantity and quality of data provided by @plasmidsaurus.bsky.social I’m going to need new workflows around my plasmid preps to take advantage of this. It is already is fixing problems I didn’t know I had.

I love @addgene.bsky.social blog posts, I send my new students there all the time to get the basics down.
You probably use a NanoDrop to check your plasmid DNA concentration — but do you really know what those A260/280 and A260/230 ratios mean?

Contaminants like phenol and guanidine salts can throw off your readings. Learn more in our latest blog:

I don't understand this approach....yet. I really need to make some time for a deep dive into this paper...

This is so cool, guess who’s going to be looking for analogous sequences in the mouse….🙋🏽‍♀️

Really cool paper out of Sarah Jone’s lab comparing differences in fiber photometry analyses. Great example of the types of studies we need to do to understand the boundaries of these tools!
RRID:Addgene_111068 was used by the authors of the Rxiv paper "Fiber photometry analysis of spontaneous dopamine signals: The z-scored data are not the data". We appreciate the author's support of reproducibility. #ReproducibleResearch #RRID

Really enjoyed the new neuroburst track @cpddorg.bsky.social . I haven’t been to CPDD in years as I drift more into neuroscience but this new track changes things entirely!
