Fighting mad one minute, broken-hearted crying the next. Empathy is a bitch.

Thinking about this doesn't feel like a midlife crisis. It feels like I finally see the world for what it is and always has been, and I am broken. Trying to find peace, be a good person, and cope with constant OVERWHELM is a lot to ask. But I keep trying.

I'm struggling to stay sane while staying informed. Anybody else?

There was a time when I held so much in that it became a habit, almost easy. I was too much for those around me. I AM too much. And now, over 50 years old, I struggle to contain myself.
